Welcome to Yonge-St. Clair

Yonge St. Clair Neighbourhood is bound by the Canadian National Railway tracks (just North of DuPont) to the South, Oriole Park to the North. Yonge St to the East and Avenue Rd to the West. This area is a Spring Realty favorite! A fantastic mix of luxurious homes, somewhat affordable condo apartments and a variety of low to high end rentals. With the a conveniently located Subway station and 24hr TTC bus and streetcar, the Yonge St. Clair corridor is well serviced by transit.

Once the Subway was built in the 1950's many businesses and residents began to populate the area. The ease of access gave rise to the commercial boom which along with the new condo development craze has seen continuous growth for decades. Some of the GTA's most spectacular condo conversions exist here The most coveted and anticipated is the Imperial Oil building, it's Art Deco architecture and large, luxurious living spaces make it one of the nicest conversions this City has ever seen. The old Mutual Life Building at 112 St. Clair has been given the same love, a recent conversion to high end condos have been embraced by locals.

Another great thing about this well balanced neighbourhood is the bar scene. Soccer fans pack the local bars during World Cup festivities or during Saturday morning overseas matches. Not uncommon to see the first pint being poured at 10am (with special permits of course). Many fantiastic restaurants and lounges call Yonge - St. Clair home as well.
