Ara was once asked to describe himself in 12 words or less. After giving it some thought here is what he came up with: An expert Real Estate Broker and Passionate Real Estate Investor. That sums it up with two words to spare!
With a loving wife and an energetic dog at his side Ara has managed to quickly climb the Toronto Real Estate ladder. Beginning his foray in to Real Estate ownership Ara bought his first property in 2003 and has never turned back.
Knowing that owning a brokerage was in his future Ara began the process of becoming a real estate expert. Starting his career with Coldwell Banker Case Realty in North York Ara quickly ranked in the top 10 of all agents in the office. After working with CB Case for nearly two years; selling houses felt as natural as breathing. Realizing the massive increase in new condo development and resale condos in Toronto; Ara pursued a career with Canada’s leading condominium brokerage: Brad J. Lamb Realty Inc. After a year of trying, Brad finally agreed to meet with the ambitious Realtor. Hired on the spot Ara hit the ground running! Working with Brad since 2009 has taught Ara more than he could have ever imagined. Ara is now considered an expert Broker.
Putting his money where his mouth is, Ara frequently invests alongside his clients. When Ara recommends a pre construction development to buy in, there’s a good chance he’s buying there too! Currently residing in Leslieville, a fantastic enclave of South Riverdale. Ara has lived all over this great City and will be able to help match you with the perfect community.
His experience with both Houses and Condos, his thirst for education, and the ability to provide an unmatched quality of care make him the top choice for Toronto Real Estate.
Being environmentally conscious Ara is an early adopter of technology and uses his iPad and Tablet PC in lieu of paper every chance he gets. On a mission to become Toronto’s Paperless Broker, the environment is always being considered.
